Katherine Monberg is a freelance dramaturg and director based in Tucson, AZ. She previously served as the Literary Manager at Arizona Theatre Company, where she provided dramaturgical assistance for mainstage programming, coordinated and served as dramaturg for the Café Bohemia new play reading series, and managed the National Latino Playwriting Award and the dramaturgical internship program (in collaboration with the University of Arizona).

Prior to moving to Arizona, she worked as a director, stage manager, and actor in and around Minneapolis/St. Paul, where she earned her B.A. in Theatre Arts and English from Hamline University. She is currently pursuing her MBA at the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management.
