Twitter Project: Jacqueline Goldfinger

Bio: Jacqueline Goldfinger is currently the Playwright-in-Residence at AzukaTheatre in Philadelphia and teaches playwriting and dramaturgy at the University of Pennsylvania and the University of the Arts. Her new comedy, Trish Tinkler Gets Saved, will world premiere at the Women’s Voices Festival in Washington DC this fall. Her most recent comedy, Skin & Bone, won the Philadelphia Critics Award for Best New Play and was nominated for the Susan Smith Blackburn Prize. She won the 2012 Barrymore Award for Outstanding New Play for her drama, Slip/Shot, which premiered at Flashpoint Theatre Company after development at PlayPenn and the Lark’s Playwrights Week. She recently co-founded The Foundry with Michael Hollinger and Quinn Eli, an organization that supports the development of emerging playwrights in the Philadelphia-area.
