LMDA Canada will hold its third Annual General Meeting Friday February 26th at 1PM EST in the second floor classroom at YPT located at 165 Front St E, Toronto, ON. Because LMDA Canada terms are for a two year duration, there are no elections for board positions being held at this time. There will be significant board elections at our next LMDA Canada AGM which will take place at the LMDA International conference and AGM in Portland OR in the late spring (2016). If you are interested in serving LMDA Canada in a board capacity, please begin to consider the submission process now. To put forward a nomination for our June election you'll need to send the name, email and bio of the candidate, plus the names of the five nominating members, to canada@lmda.org. Again this is only a heads up for June 2016. Announcements for submission deadlines will be sent out in April 2016. This upcoming AGM in February is to present and approve, to the membership, our reviewed financial statements from the 2014 / 2015 fiscal year.Please note the following agenda: 1. Call to order 2.
