Bio: Giselle Garcia received her M.A. in Theater, Dramaturgy Concentration degree from Hunter College, City University of New York and an A.B. Literature (English) degree from the Ateneo de Manila University. She has worked on the development of over 250 new plays by established and emerging playwrights in New York and Manila.
Bio: Anne Hamilton is a NYC-based freelance dramaturg and the Founder of Hamilton Dramaturgy, an international consultancy. She holds an MFA from Columbia University School of the Arts, and has worked with Andrei Serban, Michael Mayer, Lynn Nottage, NYMF, Niegel Smith, and Classic Stage Company.
Bio: Jessica Hughes is a junior Pre-Professional Musical Theatre Major at Emory and Henry College in Southwest, Virginia. This liberal arts education has encouraged her to explore offstage opportunities in addition to her performance work in 44 Plays for 44 Presidents, Pericles, and student showcases.
Bio: Vicki Stroich is Executive Director at Alberta Theatre Projects in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Vicki recently shifted her focus to leading ATP's organizational vision after 12 years on the Artistic team where she focused on new play dramaturgy and programming for the Enbridge playRites Festival of New Canadian Plays; a national Festival that developed and premiered new plays by Canadian playwrights.
Dramaturgs and Playwrights meet and discuss how better to work with one another.

Every year at conference, LMDA is pleased to present The Elliott Hayes Award for Outstanding Achievement in Dramaturgy. This award honors exemplary contributions by dramaturgs to the conception, development and production of theatre or to educational projects in dramaturgy in the Americas over the past two years.

Waylon Lenk is a Karuk dramaturg and storyteller whose family hails from the villages of Taxasufkára and Ka’tim’îin on the Klamath River in northwest California. Exploring the intersections between Indigenous and Western performance styles, Waylon pursues the question of what the old stories can teach us about the changed world we live in today.
Sarah Totora will collaborate with Simpatico Theatre Project (Philadelphia) on its upcoming production of Kirsten Greenidge's Milk Like Sugar. Sarah will provide the production with dramaturgical research and feedback. Additionally, she will work to strengthen the company’s audience engagement and extend the impact of its community outreach efforts.
